The Sutherland Shire Football Association has the largest number of registered players in any sporting association in Australia. As a result the prevalence of injuries within our competition will inherently be greater and will certainly play its part in team success and player enjoyment.
To assist you in dealing with injuries Jubilee Sports Physiotherapy, physiotherapists to Sutherland Sharks FC, will regularly be posting editorials on the SSFA homepage throughout the season with tips on how to identify, treat and most importantly prevent common football injuries.
