Loftus Rovers held their first official meeting on 26th November, 1964. This meeting was led by foundation members Mr. R. Burley, Mr. W. Hodges and Mr. C. Greenwood, who became our first Club Executive and who were instrumental in the drawing up of our Constitution. In the 1965 season Rovers entered into the Sutherland Shire Competition and fielded six teams.

Rovers have been fortunate in many respects as we have always been able to obtain the services of keen and capable Committee members who have been able to steer the Club through the good and bad seasons. Some of these members have been rewarded with Life Membership and it would be appropriate that they be mentioned in this report -Mr. W. Hodges, Mr. L. Harrison, Mr. J. Hopkins and Mr. N Parsons.
